Résumé :

La ville de Bordeaux et son CCAS ont engagé depuis plusieurs années une démarche de réflexion et de construction d’actions avec les différents acteurs impliqués dans l’aide et la distribution alimentaire. Cette volonté se traduit aujourd’hui dans le cadre du Contrat Local de Santé de la Ville par une action spécifique visant à “Mieux prendre en compte l’insécurité alimentaire au travers des différentes actions en direction des personnes vulnérables”.

Dans une vision de responsabilité alimentaire et solidaire, le CCAS de Bordeaux en partenariat étroit avec les structures associatives et institutionnelles concernées souhaite initier, expérimenter et développer des formes de soutien alimentaire adaptées.

Le projet ambitionne ainsi de constituer un réseau de lieux situés dans des structures diverses équipées d’espaces de cuisines qui mailleront le territoire communal pour offrir des possibilités de préparer des repas à des familles n’en ayant pas les moyens matériels et financiers. Cette offre d’appuyant sur la mobilisation de denrées alimentaires provenant de surplus des commerces de proximité, de producteurs locaux.
